In addition to the spacious living-dining area, there is a master bedroom with a double bed, a children’s room with two single beds and a bunk bed, and a small bathroom with a shower.
Friesenstrand, with its large playground, as well as Center Parcs—which features a large water park, a sauna, sports facilities, and restaurants—are just a few minutes’ walk away. The same applies to other restaurants, shops, bike rentals, a bakery, and the surrounding recreational areas. The local supermarket and the beach doctor’s office are also just a five-minute drive away. The North Sea Lagoon in Burhave, the Spielescheune, and the Langwarder Groden are all within a 10-minute drive. In addition, the Zoo am Meer in Bremerhaven, the Jaderpark, and the marine life aquarium in Wilhelmshaven are all within about 45 minutes’ drive.

The south-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living room via a step-free entrance and, like the entire garden, is not visible from the street. There is parking space for one or two cars in front of the house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this property.
