This 68-square-meter vacation rental can accommodate up to 5 people plus a baby. The wide beach and the beautiful promenade, with its many cafés and restaurants, are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The vacation rental is furnished in a Nordic style, featuring a bright interior with soft colors and natural materials.

The cozy vacation rental owned by the Hafenbrack family is located on the second floor and features a large living room/bedroom with a kitchenette.
It includes a sleeper sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, and a large dining table with 6 chairs. A high chair is available upon request.

The kitchenette is a built-in kitchen equipped with a stove (ceramic cooktop), a built-in refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a mini-oven with a broiler, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and an espresso maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

The living area is complemented by a 55-inch smart TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, and DAB+ radio. There is access to the balcony on the southwest side, where you can enjoy the sun starting at noon (balcony furniture is provided).

The small bedroom features two single beds, a nightstand, an armchair, and a 2-door wardrobe.

The large bedroom, with access to the second balcony on the east side of the apartment (lake side) offering a partial lake view, features a double bed (200 x 180 cm), two nightstands, a luggage rack, an armchair, a mirror, and a 3-door wardrobe. A travel crib for babies or children is available upon request.

In addition, the vacation rental features a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The shower stall has a low threshold. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom.

The hallway is equipped with a shoe rack, a coat rack, and a mirror. A vacuum cleaner, laundry rack, ironing board, and iron are also provided.

Both balconies feature balcony chairs and a small balcony table each. There is a bicycle storage room in the underground garage and bicycle racks in front of the building. In addition, the building has a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated).

The apartment has its own underground parking space, No. 24.

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days prior to arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
