Relax with the whole family at this beautiful open concept cabin retreat, with all new furnishings inside this brand new cabin. Enjoy the mountain air from the full length front porch or gather around the fire pit in the back yard. The main living area is perfect for gathering and spending quality time together. We have provided all the necessities to help you relax, focus on making memories, and feeling rejuvenated. The cabin features a king bed, a queen bed, two extra long twin beds and a sofa sleeper as well as two bathrooms. The cabin stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. High speed Starlink internet is provided so you can stay fully connected and enjoy the provided streaming entertainment. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet moments inside, this charming retreat provides an enjoyable escape. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place.

Please do not allow children to play with SmartLock. It drains the battery and sends the Owner a notification each time it’s turned.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely give this property 5 stars!The location is fantastic for the Overgaard/Heber area — convenient, peaceful, and a great home base for exploring the area. The property itself was exceptionally clean (and I mean really clean!), which we greatly appreciated.We used the home as a combination work and vacation getaway, and it was perfect for both. The internet speed was excellent, and there was plenty of space to comfortably work during the day and relax afterward. At night, we especially enjoyed settling into the living room, watching a movie, and having a fire in the fireplace. The cool evenings made that especially enjoyable.The kitchen was also very well equipped — we honestly didn't find ourselves wanting or needing anything. Everything we needed was there, and the beds were comfortable, making for great nights of sleep.Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The combination of the location, cleanliness, comfort, space, and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We are originally from northern Arizona and currently living in Gilbert, AZ. We love to get out and enjoy nature in a variety of ways and especially love spending time with family in the mountains at a nearby lake, or out on the mountain trails. This cabin is our second home, and a great home base for all of our outdoor adventures. We have furnished it nicely with everything we need when we visit and we are confident our guests will appreciate the attention to detail. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We bought our second home in Heber-Overgaard to escape the heat of the valley and spend time together in the cool mountain air and with family who live close by.

We love the location of this cabin because of its easy access to the highway, yet very private with virtually no vehicles traffic on Forest Lane.

The neighborhood is very quiet and feels more remote than it really is with restaurants and convenience close enough to walk to.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The cabin is a new build with all new furnishings as of 2025. It was build and furnished as a second home, not just a short term rental. The beds and furniture are all very comfortable. We love the lack of traffic on the Lane where the cabin is located. With only 3 houses on a dead end lane, there are almost no cars that drive down the Lane.
