Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pets Allowed
A maximum of 1 pet is permitted. Pets must weigh no more than 20 lbs. Pets must be crated at all times when left unattended, and pets are not permitted on the furniture.


Garage
The garage is not available for guest use.

Exterior Cameras
The home has 3 exterior security cameras and 1 Ring doorbell camera facing outward. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The Ring doorbell records when motion is detected or when the button is pressed. The backyard camera records while guests are in residence. The garage and bay window cameras do not record video or sound while guests are in residence.
