Ferienwohnung Apfelgarten - in Dobra

Our vacation rental is located on a former three-sided farmstead in an idyllic setting in the village of Dobra, in the municipality of Dürröhrsdorf-Dittersbach in the district of Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Ore Mountains. The entire property, which covers approximately 10,000 m², is home to many fruit trees, including apple, pear, quince, plum, cherry, and walnut trees, as well as several linden trees. There are also a few sheep and chickens here.

In Dobra, you’ll spend your vacation in a small, quiet village surrounded by fields, meadows, and forests, not far from Dresden. Peace and quiet and unspoiled nature await you. You can reach Saxon Switzerland on foot in about an hour. By car, it takes about half an hour to reach Dresden, 20 km away, or to explore the remote areas of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland.

Our vacation rental is an ideal place to relax in any season, as well as a starting point for hikes in Saxon Switzerland and interesting excursions to numerous nearby attractions.

Another vacation apartment, “Unter den Linden,” for 2 people (with the option to add beds for two more) is located in the same building and offers the opportunity to spend a relaxing time with other family members, friends, and acquaintances.

The former cross-vaulted stables of the main building have been extensively renovated. Yoga classes are held here regularly. Our vacation guests may participate by prior arrangement.

Vacation Rental for 4 People
The vacation rental accommodates four people in an area of approximately 70 square meters and includes an entryway with a coat closet, two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The vacation rental was completely renovated in 2014. Care was taken to preserve and restore the building’s original charm. To this end, the half-timbering was exposed and the clay walls were renewed. By combining these elements with contemporary features—such as larger windows, glass doors, and underfloor heating—a modern and attractive living environment was created. You’ll be greeted by a bright hallway with a coat closet. From here, you can access the individual, tastefully furnished rooms.
