We loved our stay at this updated and clean house. It had everything we needed and much more. The screened porch was great to sit on in the evenings to enjoy the lake view. And the dock was perfect for swimming, sunbathing and just soaking up the atmosphere. We felt extremely safe on the gated property and would definitely stay here again.

So relaxing

I enjoyed the space - we could spread out and do our own thing and then come together for family time. The dock, gazebo and deck just added the extra space for relaxing

Lake Nottely house

Nice property. One issue you should take take of immediately is the caulking in the master bedroom shower is falling out between the wall and shower base. Water is definately leaking behind the shower unit therefore and should be corrected immediately.

Great Lake for swimming.

There is nothing really special about the house. It's fine but nothing fancy. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. We stayed in for dinner 2 of the nights and the kitchen also had every thing we needed. We did like the screened in porch a lot and there's a lot of nice outdoor seating areas. But if you're wanting to spend time in the water, this is a great choice. There is a dock with stairs getting in and you're already in deep water so no feet touching the bottom. It's a pretty green colour and there's not a lot of boats to watch out for. We were very pleased with our stay and have no complaints.

Thank you for your thoughtful review, Vicki! We are delighted to hear that you found the house well-equipped with everything you needed, especially for your dinners in. It's great to know that you enjoyed the screened-in porch and the nice outdoor seating areas. We appreciate your feedback regarding the overall impression of the house. We are glad that you found it to be a great choice for spending time in the water, with the dock providing easy access to the deep, clear water and minimal boat traffic. We are pleased to hear that you were very satisfied with your stay and had no complaints. We look forward to welcoming you back for another enjoyable stay soon!

This house stinks- literally

This house had the worst smell, and it was very clear that they have sewage issues and we called maintenance and they came out and it did not help at all. The smell was so bad we couldn't even use the whole downstairs. The management company has not even apologized and we were not offered any type of refund even though we barely used half of the house. I would NEVER stay here again. We rent vacation homes 4-5 times a year and this is my first time leaving a negative review. The house is cute and small and has great views but the smell was so overwhelming it even smelled outside. Save your money and rent somewhere else.
