Renovated in 2023, this light-filled vacation rental is designed on two levels, featuring a loft on the upper floor that’s accessible via a staircase from the living area below. Both the separate sleeping area on the loft with its double box-spring bed and the cozy corner sleeper sofa in the living room with a smart TV ensure you’ll have a comfortable night’s sleep. In addition to the comfortable dining table in the living area, you’ll find plenty of space for your coats and have direct access to the balcony with seating, where you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. The open kitchenette in the living area is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, and a large mirror with a makeup mirror. For your convenience, bed linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent are included as a starter kit. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for an additional fee. In front of the house, there are only loading and unloading parking spaces; as an alternative, we offer discounted parking passes for the local parking garage in Heringsdorf at current rates. You can pick up the parking pass at our service office upon arrival. Pets are welcome in this vacation rental; we charge a fee for this based on current rates. In the basement of the Seebrücke, a lockable bike storage room and a small laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are available to you free of charge.
