Welcome to the "Lichtblick" holiday flat! This airy attic flat in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a dreamy domicile for your holiday in the mountains. Located in the heart of the Bavarian Alps, the flat offers breathtaking panoramic views surrounded by skilfully simple, modern style and comfort in a central location for up to 5 people.

A bright, open living room not only brings in plenty of daylight via large windows, but also the surrounding mountain peaks directly into the flat, so to speak. A comfortable living area with comfortable sofas invites you to sit together under large skylights, which steal the show with their view of the flat-screen TV, which of course must not be missing. In addition, a cosy divan offers a snug retreat for reading and putting your feet up, or can serve as an additional sleeping accommodation if required. A large dining table invites you to eat together.

The fully equipped kitchen island shines in a simple, modern design and offers an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker as well as all other common utensils needed for a successful cooking evening.

The two bedrooms are cosy and furnished with comfortable double beds and offer enough storage space for your clothes and luggage in large wardrobes. One of the bedrooms also has its own bathroom with a ground-level shower and a bathtub. Another bathroom is adjacent to the living area and also has a ground-level shower.

From the two balconies you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and can enjoy the fresh air and the sun to the fullest.

To keep your car safe in all weathers, the flat has its own underground parking space. There is also a communal laundry room in the basement, where you can use your own washing machine and dryer. In addition, you have your own ski room with boot heating, so that you can start your skiing trip dry and warm.

The flat Lichtblick is located in a complex with several holiday flats and can be combined with neighbouring flats on request for larger travel groups or families.
