The building has 2 apartments. The vacation rental with barrier-free access is located on the first floor. The apartment features 2 bedrooms (1 double bed; 1 bed measuring 140 cm), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, and 1 kitchen/living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers direct access to a terrace with a view of the mountains.<br><br><br><br>Description: Do you want to relax, leave everyday life behind, and enjoy a direct view of the Alps?<br>Here on our farm, you can unwind and leave all your stress behind.<br>Our vacation apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. After a strenuous day of hiking, a walk-in shower awaits you in the bathroom. You can also enjoy a little downtime in front of the TV in the living room. Summer evenings, in particular, are perfect for winding down with a barbecue on the terrace. Even so, the spacious indoor area offers a cozy and warm atmosphere for relaxing when the weather is bad or during the winter. The bedrooms are equipped with closets and nightstands, as well as blackout curtains, so you don’t have to start your day too early.<br>For children, there’s a spacious sandbox, a trampoline, swings, slides, and a ping-pong table to keep them entertained. Since we’re a very family-friendly and pet-friendly farm, in addition to the farm animals, we also have rabbits and a dog.<br>From the kitchen and living area, you can admire our local mountains to the south: the Hochries, Karkopf, Feichteck, and Heuberg. To the east, from the bedroom and living room, you can see the Kampenwand, which is a bit farther away (about a 25-minute drive). The mountains are quick and easy to reach. The Austrian border is only about 50 km away, and our beautiful city of Rosenheim is easily accessible in about 15 minutes.<br>Our farm is located in a very quiet area with an incredibly beautiful, unobstructed view; yet you can quickly get back to the highway (Frasdorf or Achenmühle exits), into town, to the nearest supermarket (10 minutes), or even to the mountains.<br>Well-known lakes such as Siemsee (about 15 minutes away) or Chiemsee with its beautiful castles (about 25 minutes away) can be easily and quickly reached by bike or car from our farm.<br>To ensure our guests feel at home and can experience country life even more fully, we’re always happy to answer questions or provide information about our orchards.<br>Starting in July, we always have fresh apples from our own fruit trees, as well as a wide variety of vegetables—which you might need for a snack on your hike in the mountains.<br>Even in winter, we can offer little treats like walnuts or homemade jams. If you have a sweet tooth, you’re also welcome to try some honey from our two bee colonies, which are located in our orchard meadows.<br>Host speaks: German, English, Spanish
