The comfortable vacation rental owned by the Leipold/Frank family features a spacious, bright living room with an integrated dining area. It has its own furnished terrace with an adjoining play and sunbathing area, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and unwinding. High-quality furnishings and amenities throughout the entire apartment.

Living room with TV and stereo system. Dining area with a table and 6 chairs. A separate kitchen (equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, spacious fridge-freezer, coffee maker, etc.) adjoins the living-dining area.
The spacious hallway—which features a spiral staircase leading to the basement—is connected to the living-dining area by a double-leaf glass door.
Bedroom with a double bed (2.20 m x 2.00 m), nightstands, and a large 3-door wardrobe.
Bathroom with shower stall and an additional bathtub (full bath).
Another bedroom/living room is located in the basement. Amenities: Double bed plus single bed, nightstands, wardrobe, and a second living area with a desk, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a second TV.

A crib and a child seat are available in the basement.

An additional guest restroom is located on the second level. A shared utility room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board is available to guests. A parking space is located directly adjacent to the property. Bicycle racks are located in front of the house.
A lockable, sturdy garden shed next to the terrace for storing guests’ bicycles and additional garden furniture.

All windows are equipped with roller shutters.

The apartment is located close to the beach (including the dog beach), the boardwalk, and the hiking and biking trails.

The house was built according to eco-friendly construction standards. The apartment is allergy-friendly, as it is fully tiled and has underfloor heating. It is located just about 110 m from the promenade and the wide, fine-sand beach. It’s also not far to the dog beach. The apartment is close to the Kellenhusen cliffs, the playground, the mini-golf course, cafés, restaurants, and shopping options. The center of Kellenhusen is also just 400 m away. Here you’ll find grocery stores, butchers, bakeries, clothing stores, a hair salon, and banks with ATMs.
