Welcome to this cozy apartment on the top floor, overlooking the scenic lake at the entrance to Ditzum.

We’ve put our heart and soul into creating a charming oasis of tranquility for you here. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building at Buchenstraße 3. It features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 m) that doesn’t have an open foot end and a 3-door closet. The living room invites you to enjoy a nice cup of tea and a good book in a cozy wingback chair with a footstool.
The L-shaped sofa converts into a bed, perfect for watching any thrilling Ditzum crime drama.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired; it features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a convection oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a Tassimo capsule machine.
There is a round table with four chairs.
The bathroom is equipped with a large 90 × 90 shower, a vanity with drawers, a hair dryer, and a toilet. The towel rack also serves as a heater.
A parking spot right in front of the front door and free Wi-Fi access are, of course, available here.
In the garden, you’ll find a lockable area where you can safely park your bicycles.
You’re also welcome to make yourself comfortable on the garden patio, which features four armchairs, four stools, and a table—whether you’re having breakfast or simply enjoying the sunset.
The house is located on a dead-end street right next to the scenic lake. Shopping options are very close by. The town center—with its small fishing harbor, cozy restaurants, and lovely cafés—is just a few minutes’ walk away.
