Herzlich Willkommen bei Techts

At the **Küstenliebe** apartment, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation in a quiet location at the back of the TECHT beach house. Two bedrooms, a spacious balcony, and high-quality amenities offer plenty of comfort—just two minutes from the Baltic Sea.
The bright living area, featuring a new, high-quality sofa and a cozy armchair, invites you to spend relaxing hours there. Smart TV and Wi-Fi are, of course, available. The separate, modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a dining area for shared meals.
The spacious balcony at the rear of the apartment is accessible from both the living room and the kitchen. Here you can enjoy the morning sun on the dining lounge, have a relaxed breakfast, or comfortably wind down on warm summer evenings.

The quiet master bedroom features a comfortable extra-long box-spring bed, a second TV, and a harmonious atmosphere that invites you to dream. The smaller second bedroom features two separate single box-spring beds. This room, too, is inviting, decorated in light colors, and can be completely darkened.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom offers a spacious shower and is bright and tastefully designed.

During peak season, the standard check-in and check-out day is Saturday. Pets are allowed but must be registered in advance. A parking space behind the carport on the property is included. For more information, please contact TECHTs in Timmendorfer Strand directly.

Welcome to Küstenliebe.
