The charming "Delphin 2" vacation rental, featuring a living room, separate bedroom, shower room, and balcony, is an oasis of comfort for relaxing days as a couple or a vacation with a small family (3 people).

The dining table, with its beautiful view of the surroundings, invites you to enjoy a hearty vacation breakfast, which you can easily prepare in the modern kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher. You can get fresh-from-the-oven rolls at the bakery just around the corner. Or treat yourself to a delicious breakfast at “Ria’s Beach.” WFV guests enjoy a special, exclusive offer at this cozy café with a view of the North Sea: Children ages 0–6 receive a “Räuberteller” and can eat with their parents for free. Children ages 6–12 pay €12.00 per breakfast. For guests aged 12 and older, the price is €20.00 per person. “Ria’s Beach” is just a 10-minute walk away (4 minutes by bike).

The cozy living room, featuring a sofa area, TV, and a stereo system with radio and CD player, offers the perfect setting to relax, watch movies, and listen to music. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing the web on your smartphone.

Sun and fresh North Sea air are included in your stay at this vacation rental: You can spend wonderful hours on the beautifully furnished south-facing balcony—in the comfortable lounge chairs or in your own beach chair. Here you can soak up the sun and relax to your heart’s content. The beautiful view of the New Lighthouse is especially enjoyable in the evening with a good glass of wine—ideal for romantic evenings for two!

The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. A third person can sleep in the additional single bed.

A well-maintained bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and heated towel rack rounds out the living comfort.

In our cozy vacation apartments at “Haus Delphin,” 100% relaxation is guaranteed!

The house, which has been family-owned for four generations, was expanded in 2019 to include two beautifully renovated and modernized vacation apartments; two additional apartments on the first floor were completed in the winter of 2024/25. With its central location on a very quiet side street in the old town center, it offers the perfect setting for your vacation on Borkum. In just a few minutes, you can reach the town center with its small shops, cafés, and restaurants. The train station, our WFV office, a bike rental shop, and the “Gezeitenland” seawater water park are also located in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The North Beach is just 450–600 m away (a 2-minute bike ride). With its inviting promenade, lovely cafés and cocktail bars, the bandstand, and the offshore sandbar, there are plenty of opportunities here for relaxation and activity. In addition to long walks by the sea, a wide range of sports activities awaits you (including beach aerobics, beach volleyball, sailing, and surfing).
