Welcome to the Chiemgauloft on Lake Chiemsee! Our approximately 140-square-meter vacation rental, located between Munich and Salzburg, is situated on the outskirts of the lively village of Übersee, about 900 meters from the Lake Chiemsee beach. <br>A unique landscape, bordering a nature reserve where the Tiroler Ache flows into Lake Chiemsee, and the vastness of the countless marshes offer relaxation and tranquility. <br>The Chiemsee Bike Trail runs right past us! Ideal cycling experiences guaranteed—whether you’re mountain biking into the nearby mountains (starting right from your vacation rental) or exploring the surrounding nature. <br>Up to two cars can park in front of the house or in a carport. For bicycles, there’s a charging station in the lockable shed <br>We’re particularly proud of our energy and sustainability concept. Your vacation rental is designed as a KFW-40 home, minimizing energy consumption. The electricity needed is primarily generated from sustainable sources. A solar PV system with energy storage not only supplies the apartment with solar power, but you can also charge your electric car at our wallbox free of charge. <br>There are four other pleasant tenant households in the building, and they are also very considerate and respectful of others’ peace and quiet. Relax undisturbed and breathe in the fresh air after a sauna session. Experience the feeling of driving a convertible right in the middle of your vacation loft! <br>Sauna: <br>Private TYLA sauna made of Swiss stone pine, featuring seating and lounging areas and atmospheric LED lighting. <br>Bathroom: <br>Towels, bath mats, toilet paper, hair dryer… <br>Bedroom 1: <br>Double bed (180 x 200 cm) and two spacious closets. <br>Bedroom 2: <br>Three sleeping spots provide room for three people. Books and games for all ages are also available. An extra bed for a fifth person can be set up! <br>Carport/Parking: <br>A parking spot with a wallbox (charge for free) and a parking spot outside the carport are available to you. <br>Fitness Room: <br>Our spacious fitness room, covering more than 40 square meters, features studio-quality strength and cardio equipment, a tournament-grade table tennis table—NEW: the ball machine, which can be set up upon request—as well as a 65-inch flat-screen TV, dartboard <br> Close to nature, on the outskirts of the village of Übersee, not far from Lake Chiemsee. Among others, farmers and fishermen live and work here, and you can purchase their products locally. Fresh fish from Lake Chiemsee, homemade schnapps, meat from organic farmers, or eggs from happy chickens.<br> Walking trails start right in front of the house, leading to the Lake Chiemsee beach, past the bird-watching spot (Tiroler Achen Estuary Nature Reserve) and the small historic St. Nicholas Chapel; further along, numerous benches and swimming spots invite you to linger, take a dip, or simply enjoy the scenery.<br> Experience peace, relaxation, and open spaces in our many marshes around Lake Chiemsee!<br> Cyclists will especially love it here—the Chiemsee Cycle Route passes right by the house! There’s a power outlet at the Hütterl for charging
