The vacation home accommodates up to four people in 60 m² of living space and features two bedrooms (one of which is a walk-through room) on the upper floor, as well as a living room with a fireplace and a modern kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a large terrace with patio furniture on the first floor. A private boat dock, a paddleboat for 2+1 people, and two touring bikes are included. Parking is available at the house.

Welcome to this idyllic spot, nestled in the heart of the Spreewald Biosphere Reserve.
Here, the Kauperinsel vacation home stands on a beautifully maintained property right on the Spree River, featuring its own dock, a romantic boat swing, a barrel sauna, private parking next to the house, and other amenities.
The house, with its traditional thatched roof, accommodates up to 4 people. Inside, you’ll find a large open living area with a cozy sofa nook, a fireplace, and an LCD TV; a modern built-in kitchen with a dining area and a wine refrigerator; and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is a private bedroom with a double box-spring bed, blackout curtains, and insect screens. To ensure a comfortable night’s sleep even in the height of summer, you can use the air conditioning. The second bedroom features two single box-spring beds in an open loft with access to the large furnished balcony.
To explore the Spreewald by any means, two high-quality touring bikes and a two-person paddleboat are available for free use at the vacation home.
You can relax on the furnished south-facing terrace or on one of the sun loungers. Or treat yourself to a personalized tour of the idyllic Spreewald on a private boat ride departing from the vacation home’s own dock.
