We look forward to meeting you for the key handover at the Reiscenter Rerik, Haffplatz 5, on your arrival day starting at 4:00 PM. You’re welcome to call starting at 1:00 p.m. to find out if your apartment might already be clean, but the handover is officially scheduled for 4:00 p.m. If you’re arriving late, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival time by phone so we can be there on time or have a key safe ready for you.
