Welcome to 37 Villa Tahoe, by Mountain Vacation Lodging. This condo has a stylish mountain modern vibe and a very attractive location. It's family-friendly with a pool, nearby playground, and numerous restaurants within short walking distance. In fact, even Lake Tahoe itself is walkable, being within about a 10 minute stroll from your door
The Property: You enter and find an open concept space that combines the living area, dining area, and kitchen into one large room. Stream your favorite media and enjoy the crackle and pop of a real wood burning fireplace. The dining table seats 6 plus you might like the peninsula bar seating which faces the living room, TV and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and then some, to include extras such as kid friendly dinnerware, crockpots, a blender, rice cooker, and other helpful items, such as coffee filters and an assortment of spices. You'll have everything you need to prepare and serve meals.
The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are ideal for lots of group dynamics. Bedroom 1 is at the end of the hall, and is a suite, with its own private bathroom. This bedroom includes a Queen size bed and a TV with streaming device. Bedroom 2 also has a Queen size bed and TV with streaming device. Bedroom 3 has a Twin over Twin bunk bed, making it a great space for kids or singles. The second bathroom is just off of the living room and hallway, adjacent to the second and third bedrooms. This full bathroom is larger than the first, and includes a bathtub for kids and showerhead as well.
The Location: -- Heavenly Base & Ski Lifts: Drive to the ski lift within 2 or 3 minutes, or take the bus, which picks up within 100 meters or so. – Ski Run Park & Playground: about 120 meters. – Restaurants & Groceries: Thai, Himalayan, Sushi, all within about 200 meters. Whole Foods, Coffee, Tea, and numerous restaurants, less than 1 mile, and walkable. – The Lake, the beach, & Lake Tahoe Harbor: About three quarters of a mile, with shops and restaurants along the way. The walk is a pleasant 10-15 minutes. – Transportation: Ski Run Bus Stops (heading two directions): about 100 meters. Depending upon where you're headed to/from, you can also walk down Willow Ave to the bus stops on Pioneer Trail, which are about 400 meters away – Views: From this condo you can see the Heavenly Ski Mountain
Arrival, Accessibility, Layout and Parking: Once you book, we're here to support you before, during, and after your stay. We will provide you with arrival instructions, local information, and answer any questions you might have. Accessing this property requires you to go up a few stairs from the parking area and then one flight of stairs to the second floor, where you'll find the condo. Once inside, everything is on one level. Look at the photos for a condo layout. Reserved parking is provided for two vehicles, in designated spaces only. A third might be possible in limited guest spaces only, but are available on a first come first served basis, and cannot be guaranteed. Campers, RVs, and trailers are prohibited.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Lengthy Rental Periods, Cancellation Policies, & Cleaning Fees - Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) may be unacceptable under the standard cancellation policies listed online, which are designed to be only for short term rentals. Long Term Rentals must be discussed and approved prior to booking online. A long term rental / lease agreement may be required. A Security Deposit will be required for all long term rentals, and mid-stay cleaning(s) / inspection(s) may be required. The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. If you are booking for a lengthy stay, please contact us before booking online to discuss your group, your dates, the rates, the cleaning schedule, etc.
