Welcome to a thoughtfully set-up STUDIO in family home designed for traveling professionals. Located in a quiet residential area of Dallas, this fully furnished space offers a comfortable and practical place to stay for mid-term renters who value privacy and convenience. With a private entrance in the lower level you will find Leo’s apartment and Leo's Studio which are a separate rental each one with independent entrance , giving you a sense of separation and independence throughout your stay.

The space
Inside, you will find a spacious Studio with a cozy living area featuring a small sofa bed, good for kids or teens.

A smart TV is ready for streaming, and the space flows easily into a dining seating for 4, making it easy to enjoy meals or used as an kitchen island.

providing plenty of room to relax after a long shift.

The kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee station, offering flexibility for daily routines.

The bed features a King size bed, creating a restful, functional environment.
A big walk in closet with a private bathroom with a walk in Shower.

Guest access
Front patio entrance and garage storage space are public you may see someone of us by there, But we usually never go to that area; I've never seen any guests there.

Lower level have a private Leo's Apartment with not access for guest as same as the entire upper level.

Other things to note
This is a complete private Studio in a house, on main level you can access by the garage with no stairs or by the back patio door.

No one else has access to your Studio.

This is not an empty house, it’s very quiet as possible. Normal sounds at every morning routine to go out for work but during the day basically you don’t hear any loud noises.

You can come and go freely without anyone noticing.

If you order food for delivery, you can ask them to leave it on the table outside the garage for easier access.
