The accommodation
The flat was completely renovated and modernized towards the beginning of 2023. All available equipment is New - also the bathroom was completely rebuilt with a walk-in shower. Of course, fresh towels as well as necessary bathing utensils are always available on site. For a wash "in between" you can use the washing machines and dryers in the basement of the house (Several washing machines and dryers in good condition. Use is for a fee)

Location:
The center of the city (Königsplatz) as well as the train station can be reached within about 10 minutes on foot. An e-bike and e-scooter collection point is right outside the front door or you can use the cab stand or the "ÖVM", which are directly adjacent.
The adjacent Wittelsbacher Park is ideal for recreation, leisure and jogging or walking tours. Families with children will also find secured playgrounds to spend time with the little ones.
For those traveling alone or on business, the accommodation offers appropriate peace and quiet as well as space and comfort and is therefore often booked as a functional home office.
The trade fair is only 3.5 km away and can be easily reached by car in less than 10 minutes.
