This cozy 62-square-meter apartment for two to four people is located on the sun-drenched upper floor and sits right on the hiking trail leading to the Sebastian Waterfall. The vacation rental features its own driveway, a separate entrance, and everything you need for a short getaway. The two windows in the bedroom with a double bed offer a view of an orchard and, sometimes, a flock of sheep. The large, fully equipped kitchen features a practical dining area with a view of the garden and a horse pasture. The cozy living room, with a large couch (sleeps 2) and a Smart TV, can also be used as a TV or reading nook. Through the spacious hallway with a coat closet, you’ll reach the functional bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washing machine. On the first floor, you’ll find a game room with table soccer, darts, and a Wii; you can also use the second large coat closet and the shoe dryer there. You’ll find plenty of space for your outdoor and sports equipment in a separate, covered, and lockable entrance area. You can safely leave your car parked on the property in front of the entrance and reach many attractions—and even alpine huts—on foot, by bike, or by bus. The most popular short hike takes you to the Sebastian Waterfall in just 20 minutes. Upon request and for an additional fee, two more bedrooms can be made available. Check-in is possible from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. by arrangement. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM by arrangement. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets allowed upon request (for an additional fee). The visitor’s tax of 2.40 euros per night for guests aged 16 and older (children 0–15 are free) is charged separately. The visitor’s tax is 3.00 euros per person per night. No meals included, no additional fees.
