Cozy Lodge Our Cozy Lodges are the jewels of the Torfhaus HARZRESORT. Here, couples will find everything they need for a relaxing getaway or a longer vacation in the Harz Mountains, all within 55 square meters. A four-poster bed, private sauna, fireplace, freestanding bathtub, and a terrace with a hot tub.

In our Kuschel Lodges, you can truly unwind. The bedrooms in our Cozy Lodges, featuring a four-poster bed and freestanding bathtub, offer a wonderful view of the Harz National Park. A cozy living room with a fireplace, the private sauna, and the terrace with a hot tub whirlpool round out the feel-good atmosphere.

Our Cozy Lodges also feature a fully equipped kitchen, a bike and ski storage room, and a 42-inch flat-screen TV with SKY Bundesliga (free of charge). Our international guests can enjoy satellite TV, which also includes English and French channels.

Our rates include accommodation, dish soap, an initial supply of bed linens and towels, 1 box of firewood per stay, Wi-Fi, and telephone service (German landline and mobile networks, as well as most European landline networks). Of course, you’ll find your beds freshly made upon arrival, and for a fee, we’ll clean your vacation home during your stay—with or without a bedding change. Additional towels are available at any time for a fee at the front desk.





Terrace and Hot Tub
A hot tub awaits you on your private terrace, along with a stunning view of the national park. Garden furniture is, of course, provided for your use. However, for safety reasons (risk of forest fires), you must refrain from barbecuing in the Harz National Park.
