Comfortable accommodations for up to 2 people—approx. 30 m²—1st floor—southeast-facing

The vacation rental features a separate bedroom with an open passageway from the living and dining area. The bedroom has a cozy double bed for 2 people, and a flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall. The spacious and bright kitchen and dining area offers all the comforts you need, including a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, and includes a good basic selection of dishes, glasses, and kitchen utensils, as well as a kettle, drip coffee maker, coffee filters, dish towels/cleaning rags, dish soap, and trash bags. A dining table for two people is provided. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and a hair dryer.

It all started with an old farmhouse dating back to 1906. We had two options: either tear it down and let a chapter of history come to an end, or rebuild it, restore and renovate everything, and continue writing that chapter a little further. We chose the latter and would be delighted if you’d visit us and join us on our journey.

With a great deal of love, we’ve transformed the old farmhouse into a place for people to come together—with so much tradition, passion, and history, a single visit will never be enough.

Our new, fully renovated vacation apartments offer plenty of space for the whole family to spend a few cozy days in the rural idyll of Franconian Switzerland. With great attention to detail, the apartments have been furnished to be both comfortable and modern. 

Our new Café Frau Kunni is located in the farm’s former cowshed—a blend of old and new awaits you! There, you can enjoy breakfast on Fridays and Saturdays during opening hours and savor our homemade cakes and pies… come see for yourself! 

In the summer, outdoor seating, a small playground, and cozy nooks invite you to linger. A parking lot and an electric vehicle charging station are available free of charge. 



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
