It’s an old forest cottage that our grandfather/great-grandfather (a contractor) had moved from Neunußberg to Bärndorf a few years ago. Not only was it saved from falling into disrepair, but it also provided the owner with a rustic, cozy home—and now we’ve converted it into a vacation home for you, where you can unwind in an idyllic, peaceful setting. Our vacation home, with 120 m² of living space spread over two floors, accommodates up to six people. The cozy living room with a flat-screen TV invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, stove with oven, and electric kettle, leaves nothing to be desired. The vacation home has two bedrooms: one with four single beds and another with two single beds and a crib. The two bathrooms, each with a shower stall, toilet, and sink, round out the amenities. A washer and dryer are available for a small additional fee to do your laundry. Especially in the summer, you can comfortably fire up the grill outside on the small terrace. Wi-Fi and parking are available free of charge. Please note that pets are not allowed. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have. Payment is due on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 3 EUR (ages 16 and up), 0 EUR for ages 0–6, and 1.50 EUR per person per night for ages 6–15 will be charged separately on-site. For day visitors, the visitor’s tax is 0.00 EUR for ages 0–6; 6–15 years: 1.30 EUR; 16 years and older: 2.60 EUR. Severely disabled persons with a disability rating of at least 80 (GdB) receive a 50% discount on the tourist tax upon request. A washing machine and dryer are available upon request for a fee. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning.
