Vacation apartment (83 m²) with two balconies

Our vacation rental, with 75 m² of living space on the first floor, can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features a spacious children’s room with two single beds (200 cm x 90 cm). The adjoining master bedroom has a large double bed (200 cm x 180 cm). A rollaway bed, a changing table, a high chair, and a step stool are provided. The spacious living room with dining area is equipped with a satellite TV, a couch, two beanbags, and a large dining table. The balconies are accessible from the living room and children’s room and feature a beach umbrella and seating with a table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need, including a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee maker, espresso maker, microwave, hand blender, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a large, illuminated mirror. A hair dryer is also provided. The nightly rate includes final cleaning, utilities, a parking space, the legally applicable sales tax, bed linens, hand towels, dish towels, and toilet paper. Kitchen towels, dish soap, and a vacuum cleaner are provided. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of 2.00 EUR per person/night will be charged additionally on-site. Bakery items can be ordered from a local bakery and delivered to your doorstep. The base price includes towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and parking.
