Vacation Home 14 is located in the beautiful, modern Gut Tossens vacation resort—newly built in 2018—just about 100 m from the lovely beach on the Butjadingen North Sea peninsula. The resort is ideal for every type of vacationer and every age group—whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, or with children, the resort offers plenty of space and comfort to suit every need, with 13 vacation apartments and 2 large vacation homes, each containing 2 living units. From the resort, you can reach all major recreational facilities and amenities—such as the beach with its large children’s playground, the Aqua Mundo swimming pool at Center Parcs, and the town center with its shopping and restaurants—in just a few minutes on foot or by bike. Using public transportation—including bus and ferry services—you can take lovely day trips and sightseeing tours to Nordenham, Eckwarden, Burhave, Wilhelmshaven, or Bremerhaven.

Vacation semi-detached house 14 (80 m²) for up to 7 people on the first floor, upper floor, and attic (access via a steep staircase)

• 3 bedrooms: one room with two single beds, two rooms with a double bed and a single bed, bed linens available upon request (windows with pleated blinds)

On-site costs: Final cleaning and utilities are included in the travel price; the visitor’s fee must be paid separately on site. Bedding (€18.00 per person), towels (€9.50 per person), or a laundry package (€21.00 per person) can be rented on-site if needed—please specify when booking—for a fee. A washing machine, dryer, and iron are available for a fee. There is also a bike and equipment shed, an e-bike charging station, and a parking space. A travel crib (without a mattress) for 19.00 € and a high chair for 7.00 € can also be provided on-site.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
