Spacious living area with kitchen and cozy seating area, TV in every room, both double bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet, bread roll delivery available upon request, crib available upon request, no meals provided.



Our farm is situated in a quiet location on a hill between Mondsee and Irrsee.

Many biking and hiking trails pass by our farm, inviting you to enjoy our beautiful surroundings. About a 5- to 10-minute walk away, you’ll find an inn and a snack bar that will ensure your culinary needs are well taken care of.

Away from traffic, children will find plenty of space to run and play on a large meadow. 
Experience life on the farm with our cows, calves, chickens, rabbits, pigs, and cats. We’d be happy to provide you with our organic hay-fed milk, fresh eggs, and dairy products. We’re also happy to offer a bread roll delivery service. 

Make the most of your vacation with sporting activities as well, since our trails are ideal for jogging, walking, cycling, and mountain biking.

Our two vacation apartments are located on the first floor of the annex. This means you can rent the entire floor or even the whole house, as there are no other residential units there.
