The Space:

Enjoy the awe-inspiring views of the Pacific Ocean and the north end of Hanalei Bay with Mt. Makana in the background. The views from Pali Ke Kua 224 are indescribable. Sit on the lanai and enjoy the spectacular sunsets, relax and read a book, and watch the humpback whales go by in the winter. Guests can spot the endemic Hawaiian Nene geese as they wander through the grounds.



This condo is tastefully decorated with many of the comforts of home. This condo is perfect for a family or a small group of friends. The suite also has two updated bathrooms for guests' convenience. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and a well-equipped kitchen.



There is a large community pool and jacuzzi for your enjoyment. The on-site restaurant offers convenience when you don’t want to cook. This suite is also conveniently located on Kauai’s North Shore, close to the Princeville Shopping Center, the Princeville Hotel, and beaches like Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach. There is also a pathway down to Hideaway Beach where you can enjoy sunbathing and snorkeling.

The view is the reason to stay here for sure! Absolutely gorgeous! Well-equipped, clean, and comfortable unit. Some minor maintenance issues and dealing with a giant corporate property manager has pros and cons. There are beaches technically in walking distance, but plan to drive to the good ones—of which there are many! On-site pool, hot tub, and pizza restaurant are nice amenities.

The view here is stunning! The pictures are exactly what you get! We loved sitting and watching the sunrise against the mountains and the sunset in the evenings. The path to hideaway beach is mostly paved and very steep. It is not the public access to the beach. Great snorkeling spot in summer months. I was disappointed with the outdoor furniture, I did see a few people also make note that the outdoor chairs and table were not comfortable and they were correct. They are aging wood chairs that are not built for the hours you want to spend on the lanai. We did find camp style chairs that a different person must have left behind and used these all week. The dining room chairs are also not super sturdy and could use an upgrade. The dishwasher is not great, most the dishes we got out of the cabinet we needed to rewash prior to use and found that we needed to scrub very well prior to dishwashing. Overall we loved the location, view and property but I was disappointed by the quality of furniture.

One of the most amazing views in the world

Our stay was very comfortable. The view of Hanalei Bay and the north shore was so beautiful and always interesting. We spent hours enjoying the wildlife, sights, sounds and smells from the lanai.

Fantastic stay!

We stayed in this unit during our children's Spring Break holiday, and it was fantastic! The unit was clean, well-appointed and had everything we needed for a fun vacation on Kauai, including beach chairs and beach towels. The view is amazing, and we spent almost every evening watching the sunset. We are planning to stay here again next year!

The best views!!!

This property was incredible. You can’t beat the view. We watched people find spots for the sunset and you can just sit on your lanai. The property was very well kept as was the whole unit. We wanted low-key and this property was just that. The pool was perfect as well with enough sun and shade. We WILL be staying here when we come back next year. So many amazing memories created here

10 days in Kauai

The property is beautifully maintained and the location is superb. The condo itself has accurate pictures, the beds were very comfortable, and it was cool and relaxing in March with multiple fans, vented windows, high ceilings and good ventilation.

Awesome view!!

The view alone may be the best in Princeville! Just a short drive to Hanalei- best small town on the island, in my opinion. The unit itself was great for our family of 4- love that the unit included boogie boards and a set of fins! We will stay in this same unit next time we visit!
