Please note that the upper loft area has a lower ceiling and may be more comfortable for children or shorter guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including the balcony. The building entrance, stairs, and common areas are shared with neighbors. Self check-in is available from 15:00, and detailed arrival instructions are sent before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is on Zarifa Aliyeva Street, close to Baku Boulevard, the Caspian Sea promenade, Sahil area, luxury shopping, restaurants, cafes, the Old City, Maiden Tower, and the F1 track area. It is one of the most premium central locations in Baku.



Getting Around:

Baku Boulevard, Sahil, and many central attractions are walkable. Ride-hailing apps are widely available, and taxis can usually reach closer to the building than in pedestrian-only areas. Paid and street parking may be available nearby depending on time and availability. Baku Airport is usually around 25–35 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic. Ride apps such as Bolt and local taxi apps are widely used in Baku.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is reached by stairs and there is no elevator. The loft area has a lower ceiling, so taller adults should be careful upstairs. Please keep voices low on the balcony and in shared areas, especially in the evening. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Smoking, pets, parties, and events are not allowed.
