Our bright and modernly furnished 3-room vacation apartments are located on the 1st floor and are equipped as follows:

* 3-room apartment on the 1st floor with ocean view
* Large entryway with coat rack and shoe cabinet.
* Spacious living area with leather sofa set and coffee table, sideboard with large flat-screen TV and CD/radio system, dining table with 4 chairs, and fireplace
* Fitted kitchen integrated into the living area, equipped with:
4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and high-quality kitchen utensils
* 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large closet, and a flat-screen TV
* Bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer
* Terrace with patio furniture.
* Iron and ironing board provided
* The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
* No smoking (though smoking is permitted on the balcony).

For an additional fee, fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will, of course, already be made with bed linens (initial set—please add this to your booking).

The property is situated in the heart of the UNESCO South-East Rügen Biosphere Reserve, surrounded by unspoiled nature. From the balcony or terrace with ocean views, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and sunshine on Rügen.

It’s not just the perfect location for a relaxing vacation that makes this villa so special. The town center is also just a few minutes’ walk away. Whether you’re looking for the beach, culture, shopping, dining, hiking, or activities with your children—our vacation rental is the perfect starting point for all your adventures. By the way, you can easily reach the beach via the beach lift.

Do you like to stay connected even while on vacation? The vacation apartments offer free Wi-Fi. Each vacation rental has a parking space available right next to the building. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in a lockable room.
