The space features a comfortable king bedroom with premium linens, a full bathroom with upgraded fixtures, and an open living area perfect for unwinding after beach days. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for meal prep, from a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher to pantry basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Key amenities make your stay effortless: high-speed WiFi for staying connected, air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, and free parking right on the premises. The kitchen comes stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, K-cups, and a Nutri-Bullet blender for morning smoothies. Beach towels are provided so you can head straight to the sand.

Location is everything here. You're a 2-minute walk to Salt Life Food Shack for grouper sandwiches and craft beer, and a 3-minute walk to Refinery Jax Beach for oceanview fine dining. Keyless entry and our guest portal make check-in seamless. We provide everything from full-size toiletries to sound machines for better sleep. The space is professionally cleaned between stays, and our team stocks beach towels plus laundry detergent for longer visits.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
