Set on a quiet street in Echo Park, this three-bedroom home is a refined monthly retreat with a private rooftop deck and open skyline views. Designer furnishings, an easy living and dining layout, and a marble-topped kitchen make it simple to settle in for weeks or months. Each bedroom offers privacy and its own ensuite bath. Well suited for remote work, extended stays, or a quiet home base near Downtown LA.

From the entry, a staircase leads up to an open living, dining, and kitchen level built for everyday use. The kitchen centers on a large island with bar seating, finished in dark stone-look cabinetry and marble countertops, with full-size appliances that make cooking for yourself an easy option rather than an occasional treat. The dining area sits beneath a linear chandelier and opens through sliding doors to a private balcony, while the adjoining living room offers comfortable seating, a wood-framed accent chair, and a mounted television.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are separated for privacy. The primary suite features a channel-tufted upholstered headboard, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass shower. A second bedroom offers its own ensuite bath and a wall of windows with city and tree views. A third bedroom, similarly furnished, sits near a dual-vanity bathroom, and a powder room off the main level keeps things convenient for guests.

At the top of the home, a private rooftop deck extends the living space outdoors. Furnished with a bistro table and lounge seating, it looks out over the surrounding treetops and rooftops, offering a quiet spot to work, read, or unwind at the end of the day.


Guests will have access to the entire home. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

This home sits on a quiet residential street in Echo Park, just minutes from Echo Park Lake and the cafes and restaurants along Sunset Boulevard. Dodger Stadium and Downtown LA are a short drive away, and the rooftop deck offers open views toward the surrounding hills and skyline. The street itself is calm and low-key, with the energy of the neighborhood close by but not at the doorstep.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you`re the type who wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.


By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.

- Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.
