Welcoming 2-bedroom house in Albuquerque

This adorable two bedroom antique home is located in the historic Old Town Albuquerque and is walking distance from all the best restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Enjoy this cozy two bedroom home with a full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There is even a covered patio and enclosed yard for you and your pup to enjoy. The master room has a king bed, guest room has a double trundle twin bed that can be set up as a king bed. This is my home when I am in town, please treat it with care!

The space
One master bedroom with a king size bed as well as two closet spaces and a dresser.

Guest bedroom has a trundle bed that converts either into two twin beds or can be lifted up into a full king bed. Guest bedroom also has a desk/office space as well as a decent sized closet.

Fully equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking/baking.

Smart TV with options for all streaming services.

Please note there is swamp cooler, NOT refrigerated air.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to the entire house as well as the entire backyard.

The basement is closed off for my personal storage.

Other things to note
Dogs are allowed but MUST be CRATED if they are left unattended. I will charge an additional cleaning fee for damage or accidents. Cats are NOT allowed as they tend to be an allergen for some guests.
