The apartment is ideal for 2 people; the sofa bed in the living room offers additional space for 2 more people.<br><br>Our beautiful vacation rental dates back to 1674, was completely renovated in 1996–1997, and underwent extensive renovations again in 2023. <br><br>The location is ideal for exploring the sights of the city and the surrounding area.<br><br>Let yourself be enchanted by the unique atmosphere of the Old Town, the beauty of nature, the diversity of cultural offerings, and this beautiful apartment. <br><br>We’ll make your stay a wonderful experience!<br><br>The Accommodation<br>• 2-room vacation apartment <br>• Entrance area with coat closet.<br>• Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. <br>• Living area with a comfortable sofa bed, swivel armchair, sideboard with books and games, TV and stereo, as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. <br>• The bedroom features a wardrobe and a high-quality hotel-grade box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). The bed is made upon arrival. <br>• The bathroom is equipped with a shower pan, sink, and toilet. Towels are provided.<br>• Magenta TV and Wi-Fi.<br>• Utility cabinet (in the kitchen) with a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies.<br><br>Access for our guests<br>Keys will be handed over in person after a phone appointment or via our key safe.<br><br>Additional Information<br>• A free parking space is located about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.<br>• An electric charging station is available at the public parking lot on Carl-Ritter-Straße, about 50 m away.<br>• The tourist tax for the city of Quedlinburg is due with the final payment and will be remitted by us to the tourist office.<br>• Payment must be made by bank transfer prior to arrival. Payment on-site is not possible.
