Even the long driveway leading to the property is lined with plants and flowers in vibrant colors. This charming apartment, partially renovated in 2021, is located on the first floor of a two-unit house. The upper floor is occupied by the hospitable, discreet owners.

You enter the vacation rental through the living room with dining area. From the adjacent, separate kitchen, you can access an utility room (shower stall). The bathroom (toilet/bidet) is located between the living and sleeping areas. The cozy bedroom with a sea view is equipped with a fan. All windows and the front door are fitted with fly screens.

A TERRACE TO FALL IN LOVE WITH
Marina Campagna is generally a place of tranquility, interrupted during the day only for a few moments by the passing train as it dives from one tunnel into the next. Otherwise, the motto at Il Patio sul Mare is: Relax.
This is especially easy to do on the furnished, secluded terrace. The sea seems close enough to touch, and you can enjoy an unobstructed view of it. To the north and south stretches one of the most beautiful, unspoiled stretches of coastline in the Cilento National Park.

WHERE TO FIND WHAT YOU NEED IN PISCIOTTA
The Marina Campagna neighborhood is home to one of Pisciotta’s best restaurants. Vito Puglia’s Perbacco treats its guests to excellent seafood and a vast selection of local and regional wines during the summer months. All these delicacies are served in an old olive grove overlooking the sea.

For daily shopping, head to the mountain village of Pisciotta, located about 4.5 km away. Right near Piazza Pinto, you’ll find two small supermarkets, a produce stand, and a butcher shop. Starting in the late afternoon, you can find locally produced olive oil, cheese, and pasta at Cantina Lamadé, located below the piazza. Take some time to visit the cantina and plan to enjoy an aperitif along with a delicious antipasto platter.

If you’d like to spend a classic Italian beach vacation in this part of the Cilento, you’ll find wide sandy beaches with well-organized beach bars and sun lounger rentals in neighboring Marina di Ascea (about 10 km) and in the Caprioli district (about 8 km). We recommend the Lido Mascalzone Latino in Caprioli and La Scogliera in Marina di Ascea.

********************************************************************
ENGLISH VERSION
Old, tall olive trees define the landscape, contrasting beautifully with the sea, which is always in view from Nella’s and Franco’s Il Patio sul Mare (formerly Casa Ester) and seems close enough to touch.
The apartment’s cozy, partially covered, 60 m² terrace is a Mediterranean dream.
