Casa Selva Dorada is a ground-floor, two-bedroom condo inside Selva Escondida, a gated residential community in Puerto Morelos. The layout is simple and genuinely comfortable — two real bedrooms (not a sofa-bed situation), one full bathroom, and a private patio about 35 steps from the community pool.
The kitchen was recently remodeled with a quartz peninsula counter and a full-size stove and oven, so you can cook real meals rather than just reheat. You'll also have air conditioning throughout, an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a safe in the main bedroom.
Sleeping arrangements:


The patio faces east, that orientation means bright, direct morning sunlight. There's a table, chairs, and an umbrella out there. Some guests love their coffee in that early sun; others head straight for the pool once the light softens. Either way, it's a genuinely comfortable outdoor spot, just not a garden view, and we'd rather you know that going in.

As part of Selva Escondida, you'll have access to a large swimming pool, a clubhouse, a BBQ/grill area, a children's playground, a pickleball court, and a basketball court — all inside a secure, gated community.

Puerto Morelos is the quieter alternative to Cancún and Playa del Carmen. A real fishing town with a laid-back pace, a protected coral reef just offshore, and none of the high-rise crowds. You're about 3.6 miles from the beach and about 16 miles from Cancún International Airport, so you're never far from a flight, but you land somewhere calm instead of in the middle of the tourist strip.

We use a smart lock, so there's no key handoff to coordinate. Your entry code arrives the day before you arrive, and a short video guide walks you through everything (the lock, the safe, and a few local tips) before your trip.
