The approximately 40-square-meter apartment in Westerland at Strandstraße 4 is comfortable and tastefully furnished. It is centrally and quietly located in the pedestrian zone (facing the rear) on the 2nd floor, right next to the Hotel Stadt Hamburg. It is only 250 meters to the beach promenade, the “Sylter Welle,” and the beach. The building has an elevator.
A bus stop, a taxi stand, and the train station are all within a few minutes’ walk.

The living/sleeping area has been newly furnished with a dresser, a two-seater couch, an armchair, and a coffee table; a dining table with two chairs; as well as a flat-screen TV, a radio, and an internet radio. The separate sleeping area features a large bed (180 x 200 cm) with two separate mattresses. The separate kitchen is equipped with a small oven, a microwave, and a two-burner stovetop, as well as a Senseo coffee maker, a Philips drip coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a refrigerator. The adjoining room (walk-in closet) offers plenty of space for clothes and suitcases. A hair dryer is provided in the bathroom, and there is ample space for toiletries.
A large balcony is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. The apartment has Wi-Fi internet access (subject to availability).

Strandstraße runs parallel to Friedrichstraße. Westerland’s second main shopping street offers an attractive selection of shops, a movie theater, cafés, and numerous restaurants. Culinarium, Stadt Hamburg/Bistro + Hardys, Fisch Hüs, Café Wien, Block House, Pablito, Mariso, Riva, Gosch, and Casa Bianca are all located in the immediate vicinity.

Whether you’re looking for fresh bread, groceries, the weekly market, a shopping spree, coffee and cake, or dinner… everything is just a few minutes’ walk away. This way, you can enjoy Sylt in all its facets.


A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement (50-cent coin-operated). For loading and unloading, parking is permitted on Strandstr. between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
