Welcome to the modern, approximately 45 m² vacation apartment SHC8 on the 8th floor of the beachfront high-rise at Hans-Claußen-Straße 19 in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg. This bright apartment accommodates 2 to 4 people and is ideal for couples or small families looking to spend a few relaxing days by the sea.

A separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm). The living area features another fixed double bed. A TV and radio are provided.

The well-maintained bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The open floor plan and large windows create a bright, welcoming living atmosphere. From the south-facing balcony—which opens and offers a side view of the lake—you can enjoy relaxing moments with a view toward the sea.

A free garage parking space right next to the house is available. The apartment is a smoke-free area. A well-behaved pet is also welcome to join you, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with the whole family.
