Vacation home with a large garden located between Lake Goitzsche and the Mulde Reservoir—an ideal starting point for numerous activities such as biking, fishing, hiking, swimming, sailing, water skiing, and wakeboarding, or simply unwinding and relaxing. Lake Goitzsche and the Mulde Reservoir are just a few minutes’ walk away.
As a special highlight, we offer our guests staying 7 nights or longer an introductory sailing trip on our sailboat VARUNA.
The vacation home, renovated in 2023, is located on a quiet side street in the center of Friedersdorf. Our guests have access to three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen (induction stove, dishwasher, microwave), a bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet), and a veranda, all spread over approximately 120 square meters.
The property, which spans approximately 2,500 square meters, is exclusively at your disposal and features a large garden perfect for relaxing, unwinding, playing, and letting off steam. You can enjoy a relaxing barbecue evening on the covered patio. A charcoal grill is provided. A locked storage room is available for bicycles or fishing gear you bring along. You can park for free on the property (1 parking space). Additional free parking spaces are available on the street in front of the house.
The town is well-equipped with amenities. A supermarket, bakery (open Sundays), doctors’ offices, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
