Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with a large freezer compartment. Inviting dining table for cozy game nights, living room couch, and flat-screen satellite TV, as well as free Wi-Fi. 



On-site costs: Included for your convenience: • Bedding, towels, hair dryer • Toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap • Coffee, coffee filters, spices, cooking oil • Internet with free Wi-Fi • Dishes, silverware, kitchen equipment, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, filter/espresso coffee maker, electric kettle, car and bike parking, use of the garden • Electricity: 30 kWh per day included—this is usually more than enough. After departure, the exact reading will be taken via a smart meter. Any additional consumption will be billed at €0.40/kWh. • Sweet welcome surprise
