Carriage House on Lake Massapoag

This newly constructed, private guest home is detached from the main house with a private entrance. The renovation was recently completed and includes many custom finishes.



The house features 1 bedroom with a king bed plus a top-of-the-line American Leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room suitable for long stays. Walk in closet with extensive storage.



The bathroom includes a shower and double sinks.



Well appointed full kitchen as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.



This guest home is detached from the main house with a private entrance. Total square footage of the living space of the rental space is 650 square feet.



Guests enjoy access to a private beach on Lake Massapoag. The lakefront yard is the preferred relaxation spot for guests with beach chairs and picnic table.



There is no access to owner's patio or BBQ adjacent to main house.



Access to 1 private parking spot.



Guests can text hosts or call (in case of emergency). We are often on-site and accessible for questions.



Property use is limited to registered guests. No parties or gathering allowed. No pets allowed.
