This place has everything you could want—our “Swallow’s Nest,” located right on the harbor in Greetsiel, is surely one of the most beautiful and lovingly furnished duplex apartments for your stay! This “little house within a house” offers you exactly what you’d expect from your free time, no matter the season—anything is possible: wonderful evenings in the sauna or by the wood-burning stove, cozy game nights, great TV time, relaxing crafts, or simply an unforgettable time with family and/or friends, because the “Swallow’s Nest” can accommodate up to 6 people!
The fully equipped kitchen is located on the lower level—even professional chefs will find everything they need here. From a dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, blender, and toaster to an electric kettle, everything is provided! The cozy and tastefully furnished living room, complete with a wood-burning stove and a spacious dining area, features a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio, and stereo system. The bedroom and the wellness oasis—complete with a sauna, whirlpool, and shower room—invite you to relax.
On the upper floor, in addition to two bedrooms and a shower room, we’ve set up a cozy nook (loft).
We’ve also thought of our little guests: A travel crib, high chair, step stool, and a selection of books, cards, and board games are sure to put a smile on your children’s faces.
During your stay, two bicycles are available to you free of charge, and of course, there is a parking space in front of the apartment that you can use at no cost.

During peak season and around holidays, only weekly bookings are possible! During certain periods, we have minimum stay requirements—we’d be happy to provide you with the specific dates, but please understand that short-stay surcharges may apply. This is, however, explicitly stated in our offers.
Check-in day: During peak season and around holidays, check-in is generally on Saturdays, though other days are possible by arrangement.
Earliest check-in time: Generally from 3:00 p.m.; latest check-out is generally by 10:00 a.m. Both times are also flexible by arrangement.
We do not charge a security deposit; the apartment handover and checkout are handled personally by our guest service team.
