The two-room corner apartment “Appartamento Louise” is located in the Mediterranean-style “Parco Ameno” park, in the area known as “Fattoria Alta,” on the upper floor of a two-family home. It enjoys a quiet and sunny panoramic location. Restaurants are about 1 to 2 km away, the lakeside promenade about 1.5 km, the public beach about 2 km, and Luino about 3 km. The view of the lake and the surrounding mountains is enchanting. The enclosed park covers approximately 15,000 m² and features a pool measuring approximately 20 m by 9 m (open from approximately mid-May to the end of September, weather permitting) and a tennis court. The entire park is always very well maintained. In total, the tastefully furnished 2-room corner apartment has a living area of approximately 55 m² and consists of a bright living/dining area with a pull-out sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a window.
