. Located right on the edge of the forest, with 220 square meters of living space and 1,400 square meters
of landscaped green spaces, your getaway will be the perfect retreat.
Enjoy the soothing view of the forest in one direction and, in the other, the view across the Lenz Vacation Park all the way to Lake Plau.

The basement of the house features a cozy, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area

. On the large corner sofa and other seating options, you’ll quickly find your favorite spot in front of the 65-inch flat-screen TV and the cozy fireplace.

Adjacent to this is the light-filled dining area with a large table for 14 people, from which you can step directly out onto the terrace.

When furnishing the high-quality kitchen with a kitchen counter and two bar stools, we made sure you wouldn’t have to sacrifice any comfort (convection stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, plenty of dishes and silverware, and other necessary kitchen utensils).

In addition, the lower level features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as two comfortably furnished bedrooms with double beds and exterior blinds.

Half of the 60-square-meter terrace is covered, and the lounge furniture and other outdoor furniture invite you to enjoy a cozy barbecue evening. The grill is located on the terrace. You’ll enjoy rustic campfire evenings around the fire pit. Or relax in the heated outdoor hot tub (bookable as an option) for up to 8 people, while the kids pass the time swinging or digging in the sandbox.

The upper floor features 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed,

a wardrobe, and blackout blinds, as well as a large bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower and toilet.

We’ve also set up a game room where you can play foosball,

watch TV, or play on the PlayStation 4 while relaxing on the cozy corner sofa

with a sleep function.

The sauna on the upper floor is a great way to pass the time when the weather is bad. Directly above the sauna is an alcove with two mattresses where the children can retreat to play or sleep.

Every room in the house is heated by underfloor heating. A washer-dryer combo is located in the utility room. Parking for 5 cars is available right next to the house.
