You live on a total of 155 m² of living space, divided into 2 double bedrooms, each with 30 square meters, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One with a bath and the other with a shower. Like all rooms, the bright, large living room with integrated modern kitchen and dining area has an unobstructed view of the Atlantic and the island of La Gomera. The 49 inch TV is equipped with Skype/USB and other details.
In the living room there is also a stereo system with which you can listen to the music you brought with you from a USB stick or mobile phone.
The furnishings are of a high standard and designed with great attention to detail. From all rooms you have access to the terrace through large glass sliding doors and a dream view over the west of Tenerife to the Atlantic. Here you can enjoy indescribable sunsets on the non-visible terrace, surrounded by a garden with a total area of ​​1500 square meters planted with Canary plants.
The house is located on an estate at 250 meters above sea level with 4 other residential units. However, they have no access or insight into the house.
Since you are on holiday in a rural idyll, the nearest supermarkets, bakeries, etc. can only be reached by car. It takes 7 minutes to drive to the next town, Guia de Isora, and 10 minutes to Playa San Juan.
