The accommodations are located in the heart of Maria Alm on the 2nd floor (elevator in the building), VIP Boot dryer and ski storage room on the first floor, VIP carport parking. All major amenities are within walking distance. No need to use a car. As long-time hosts of various accommodations, we strive to ensure our guests enjoy their vacation from the very first minute and aim to fulfill all their requests (including grocery shopping) to the best of our ability. Ski lift, restaurants, bakeries, hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, mountain scenery, flow trail, Hochkönig ski region—all within walking distance.
