Cozy vacation rental with a balcony for up to 4 people. A cozy and modernly furnished 2-bedroom vacation rental awaits you. The 66 m² vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of a building on Neue Tiefe in a quiet residential neighborhood.
The bright apartment features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (each sleeping 2 people), 1 bathroom with a shower and a large mirror, and a balcony.
　
The living area is both inviting and tastefully furnished. It features a cozy corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table.
The modern built-in kitchen and the spacious dining table invite you to cook, eat, and relax together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
Of course, there is plenty of dishes and silverware available. Please bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, dish soap, etc.; 2 dishwasher tablets are provided.
The bathroom with a shower is modern and comfortably equipped, offering a pleasant showering experience.
You’ll find a hair dryer in the provided cabinet. One roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay.

One bedroom features a 180x200 cm double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds measuring 90x200 cm. The first bedroom also has a TV.
A travel crib with a mattress and a high chair are also available for the youngest guests.
The living room opens onto a lovely balcony, which is spacious enough for two people. A table and two chairs are provided for sunny afternoons and romantic evenings for two.
　
You’ll also find a clothes drying rack in the apartment.
In the basement, you can use the shared washing machines and dryer (coin-operated) for a fee. The current price is €3.00 (subject to change; third-party provider).
The apartment comes with its own parking space, number 8. You can park your bicycles in the outdoor bike rack.

Please also note that even apartments where pets are not allowed cannot be designated as suitable for people with allergies.

The property’s location is truly outstanding. You can quickly reach the nearby Südstrand and the harbor in Burgstaaken by bike or on foot along the popular inland lake. The lively center of Burg on Fehmarn is just under 1.5 km away.
The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment, making your vacation both relaxing and unforgettable. You’ll also receive regular updates on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff are always happy to assist you.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) and a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to back-to-back bookings.

Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be followed by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot automatically manage this, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy charge may apply. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
