Located near the beach and harbor—come and relax! A cozy and tastefully furnished vacation apartment awaits you, accommodating up to 7 guests and one toddler. The approximately 75 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of the building at An der Reiterkoppel 3-5 and spans two floors. The bright and modern apartment features free internet access (Wi-Fi), provided by a third-party provider.<br><br><br>The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms that accommodate 2 and 3 people respectively, and one bathroom with a shower, washing machine, heated towel rack, and underfloor heating. Two single rooms are available for an additional fee. The living room is both cozy and tastefully furnished and features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio, and a DVD player. A fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere year-round. Seasoned firewood and kindling must be brought along if needed, but can also be purchased at the hardware store on Fehmarn. <br><br>A modern built-in kitchen with a dining area is perfect for cooking and dining together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is plenty of dishes and silverware for everyone (please bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, dish soap, etc.; 2 dishwasher tabs are provided). <br><br>The bathroom with a shower is modern and comfortably equipped. The underfloor heating and heated towel rack ensure a cozy and warm shower experience. You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink. One roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay. An ironing board and iron are also available for your use. <br><br>The master bedroom features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm. The children’s room is located in the attic and is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). A travel crib with a mattress, a high chair, and a changing pad are provided. <br><br>Accommodations for the 6th and 7th guests, as well as two additional guest rooms, can be booked for an extra charge of 10€ per day per person and per room.<br><br>From the living room, you step out onto a spacious balcony that invites you to relax. For sunny afternoons and social barbecue evenings, garden furniture, a lounge chair, a parasol, and a grill are provided. Additionally, a garden terrace belonging to the apartment is at your disposal.<br><br><br><br>The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your vacation both relaxing and unforgettable. Our on-site staff is always happy to assist you.<br><br>You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.<br><br>Note on consecutive bookings during the high season:<br>During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement.
