The apartment is located in an established neighborhood, close to downtown (bakery, pharmacy, post office, medical center, and banks) at 0.7 km, shopping (all major supermarkets) at 0.7 km, and restaurants (e.g., Pizzeria am See) 0.6 km away and an outdoor pool 0.6 km away, all within walking distance. The train station is approximately 1.3 km away by car. The accommodations are very centrally located, with day trips to: Speyer (approx. 25 km), Karlsruhe (approx. 35 km), Heidelberg (approx. 35 km), Mannheim (approx. 35 km), Rhineland-Palatinate Holiday Park or hiking (approx. 30 km), and Alsace (e.g., Lauterbourg, 50 km).
