Enjoy a comfortable living area, dining space, Smart TV, games, and thoughtful touches throughout the suite.

A soft-sided cooler and umbrella are also available for guest use. We simply ask that they be returned to their designated place when you're finished.

The Bose Bluetooth speaker is provided for use inside the suite and should not be removed from the property.

EASY SELF CHECK-IN

Guests enjoy convenient keypad entry.

A personalized access code will be provided prior to check-in and used to enter both the main building and your private suite.

Our electronic door locks automatically relock after use. There's no need to manually press a lock or unlock button once you've entered.

Please note: The Veil & Tee Suite is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator. The stairway includes handrails on both sides.

FREE PARKING & ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Free street parking is typically available directly in front of Market Street Loft Suites.

Historic downtown Minerva occasionally hosts festivals, community events, and street activities that may temporarily affect street access or parking.

When we're aware of an upcoming closure, we'll provide alternative parking and arrival guidance before your stay.

A luggage cart may be available with advance notice, and we're always happy to assist with arrival questions.

Our Bourbon Suite is also located upstairs at Market Street Loft Suites and may be booked separately!

The Bourbon Suite sleeps up to 4 guests and features its own private bedroom, living space, kitchenette, and custom rainfall shower.

Booking both suites can accommodate up to 10 guests—perfect for wedding groups, golf getaways, friends, and families who want to stay close while still enjoying separate private spaces.
