House Monika (100sqm) with three bedrooms and terrace

The "Monika" vacation home is ideal for large families—for example, if you want to bring your grandparents along or travel with friends. A cozy house with a patio—all to yourselves. On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There’s a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. Upstairs, you’ll find a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, a large living-dining room, and a third bedroom with a double bed. There’s also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the upper floor. From your private terrace, you’ll enjoy views over meadows and fields, to horse paddocks and adjacent forests. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Earlier check-in may be possible, but only by prior arrangement. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Check-out must be by 10:00 a.m. Later check-out may be possible upon request and for an additional fee. Pets are allowed upon request (dogs: 10.00 EUR per night). An extra bed is available upon request. Payment is due upon arrival in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A deposit of 100.00 EUR will be charged after booking. In addition to the basic amenities in the houses, we offer the following items for children—upon request and at no extra charge: * Crib * High chair * Changing table with pad * Diaper pail with lid * Baby bathtub * Safety rails for “regular” beds * Potty Please note: these are available in limited quantities, so advance reservation is required! There are also some board and card games, as well as crayons, available in the houses :-)
